Benefit for Chase Grimes
* Nov. 20/21/22 2009 Race at the Jackson County fairgrounds in Central Point, Oregon is going to be a benefit race,”Race for Chase”, for Chase Grimes who was severely injured at the Salem Arenacross Oct. 24. We are going to have a Friday night poker tournament, Sat afternoon Spaghetti feed with auction/raffle. Followed by a great weekend of racing. All proceeds with go to the Family of Chase Grimes. Please check back at Southern Oregon Supercross. We will try and update the dates and times with more info ASAP. Brad Grimes runs the Arenacross and we are going to help him out as much as we can. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Our son Ricky Fitzgerald was hurt about 1 1/2 years ago at the central pt. arena and was in the hospital. We were very appreciative when you called the hospital to check on him. We are possitive Chase will be well! We are trying to get financial help through out our employment and friends. Hang in there.
Jared and I here let’en know were pray’en for a speedy recovery and best wish’es for ya. Do what the doctors say and we will see ya at the track sooner than you think !!

Feel sorry for your kid. I can recall numerous times Chase getting yelled at for not going fast enough, or not jumping a jump, crying after hes done with the race. The classic…..dad twisting his wrist telling him to go faster. Get well Chase.
