-.All riders must be present at sign up. *If you happen to be camping with young riders, make sure you sign up for the race the night prior. At Washougal MX park, the rider must be there to sign in -even a 5 yr old. Signup’s may start very early and this track is known as ” the slowest sign up line in the west “. Be prepared!

- Washougal MX may require a current AMA card for event. AMA memberships can be purchased or renewed on-site.

- the Track is located on a hillside, be prepared for steep ground. If you are in a motorhome, have plenty of time to find adequate parking.

Directions to the Track:

Washougal Motocross Park

Take I-5 to 205 to Hwy 14, go east to Washougal, 15th St., turn left, go 6 1/2 miles, left on Hughes/Bear Prairie road, Right on Boring Rd to track. It is not clearly marked, but with a sharp eye it should be easy. If you start feeling lost, you’re most likely getting close.

What to expect:

General Information — Situated in the forested base of the cascade mountains in SW Washington. The track is set on a nice hillside with a diverse layout making for an interesting ride and great racing. If you are planning to come as a spectator, better bring your hiking boots. Washougal motocross park has been host to the AMA Motocross Nationals since 1980, and is famous for the formidable hillclimb known as “Horsepower Hill” -speaks for itself. The track is well maintained and surroundings well groomed. Be prepared for competition as most of the riders that frequent this track are skilled to say the least.

For events that are two (2) or more days and you come the first day you will have to pay for both days at that time and they will refund your admission and camping if you have your armband on and sticker on vehicle if you leave after the first day. This does not apply to the AMA 125/250 National event.

Camping: Overnight camping is available the night before any amateur race or practice. Overnight Camping: $10.00 (National events will be different). night per family. There is potable water on-site, but no permanent water or power hookups for the ‘normal Joe.

Gates are open at 6pm the day before the event when it’s a 2 or 3 day event, or at 3:00 PM in the afternoon before an event and stay open until 10:00 PM that evening.

Bike Cleaning stations: Non-potable water stations are readily available for bike cleaning, -bring your own hose.

Start Times: Race Day Gate Opens & Signup’s 6-7am, Practice starts at 8:00am, Racing at 10:am Sharp!

-Sign up the night before the race, for most events, from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.

Everything from the Beginner’s to the Pro’s are regular events here. There will be a class for everyone’s skill level.

Trophy’s are usually given to 33% of entries.
